Series
The Old Greenbelt Theatre hosts numerous special series for all stripes.
Advancing the Frame
Join us for a FREE showing of Mean Girls at 7:30 on Wednesday March 8th at the Old Greenbelt Theatre!
Bring your friends, your frenemies, your Fun Mom, your Regular Mom, your favorite teacher or anyone who will share your popcorn! We especially welcome young women of all identities and their parents, caregivers, or adult role models.
After the film we will have a brief Q&A about our new 3 week film club, Advancing the Frame which begins on March 15.
Participation is limited and available by application only. Participants under age 18 need parental permission to participate, and participants and parents should be aware of the sensitive nature of material presented throughout the seminar. Films are carefully curated and designed to evoke thoughtful dialogue around important issues, and as such, films may contain profanity, nudity, sexual situations, gender and sexual identity exploration, violence, drug and/or alcohol use, and other adult situations.
