Begun by Jay Schwartz in 1992, the Secret Cinema collects film prints and shares them in a number of venues around Philadelphia, and now brings a portion of that collection to the Old Greenbelt Theatre. The Secret Cinema is committed to ensuring hard-to-see celluloid treasures are preserved and enjoyed by the general population.

The program at OGT will include 16mm films relevant to Maryland and the District of Columbia, and will include: including a Washington Spotlight: The Archives (National Archives), Milestones of the Century: Library of Congress, Polly Tix in Washington(Shirley Temple short) and more!
