Dr. Chianese is a licensed psychologist practicing in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for over 10 years. She has worked with individuals with a wide range of life situations, including LGBTQIA individuals and couples. In addition to a Doctorate in clinical psychology, she has a Masters degree in Communications, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University. Dr. Chianese has worked with clients who were encouraged to engage in Conversion Therapy rather than affirmative care.
Lisbeth Meléndez Rivera

Lisbeth Meléndez Rivera is the Director of Faith Outreach and Training at the Human Rights Campaign, where she works with people of faith across denominations to ensure we can be who we are, love who we love and practice our faith free of judgement. Meléndez Rivera is a 30+ year veteran of the LGBTQ and labor movements. Meléndez Rivera is pursuing a Masters in Divinity at the United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities.
Jared Eamons, the son of a small-town Baptist pastor, must overcome the fallout after being outed as gay to his parents. His father and mother struggle to reconcile their love for their son with their beliefs. Fearing a loss of family, friends and community, Jared is pressured into attending a conversion therapy program. While there, Jared comes into conflict with its leader and begins his journey to finding his own voice and accepting his true self.
