In the interest of public health, beginning Friday, September 17th, OGT will require the following prior to admission:
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
OR negative PCR test
(within 72 hours)
AND matching photo ID

Digital images accepted. This requirement will stay in effect until further notice.
OGT will not track, store, or record any personal information.
